SHIPPING POLICY

Orders under $75 are charged a $12 flat rate shipping fee.

Orders over $75 receive complementary (FREE) shipping.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Costa Mesa, CA. 

 

We ship domestic, to United States addresses only. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive a tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder or email: info@krazynice.com with your order number and we will resend tracking info to you.

After processing (see above), UPS Ground Shipping is 3-7 Business Days.

 

**Due to COVID 19 Restrictions, we follow strict precautions to sanitize, handle and secure your packages. However, we are not responsible for our third-party shipping company's own delivery delays and COVID19 restrictions.

SHIPPING TERMS

KrazyNice cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. We cannot be liable for incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen natural disasters. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for any claims made with shipping third party carrier.

 

ORDER TRACKING

If you are registered as a KN+ member on our website, you will be able to check your order status, all other orders will receive an order acknowledgement and shipping notification via email that will include order tracking details.

 

All orders are shipped from Costa Mesa, CA via UPS​.

KrazyNice does not ship internationally and we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

INTERCONTINENTAL SHIPPING

krazynice.com orders can be shipped to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii addresses.

• KrazyNice does not currently ship to US territories (US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia), international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
